Interruptions-Disrupting the Silence

This podcast is produced to share brief overviews of the book and stage production "Interruptions-Disrupting the Silence." Through the six podcast I will explore how Faith", "Therapy" and my community of "Network" was instrumental in my healing journey.

Each podcast is a scene in the production and chapter in the book but having special guest we can share stories, debate perspectives, laugh at the family traditions that we still honor, and pull back the layers on our cultural and societal stigmas that cripples us from from creating our own survival narrative. "Interruptions-Disrupting the Silence" breaks the silence on trauma for the mother, 25 year old daughter and 23 year old best friend of the murdered loved one; the son, the brother, the best friend.
