Jenna was born and raised in the New Haven area. After realizing a traditional college education was not in the cards, she did the only logical thing and went to cosmetology school. Sixteen years later she is still standing behind the chair, doing what she loves at The Hive which she co-owns with her business partner Dan Lyon. She currently resides in Hamden with her husband Seth, daughter (with another one on the way), and elderly dogs.
Dan Lyon
Owner
Dan was born in the New Haven area and has been serving New Haven’s hair needs for the past 25 years. We have done the math, and he has cut enough hair to fill the seats of Giants stadium. Dan is co-owner of the Hive with his business partner Jenna Vollono. He is married with two children and two dogs.
